CHSnor Holding AS acquires the shares in SIVA Moelv Næringspark
SIVA Moelv Næringspark AS consists of approximately 17,500 m2 of industrial premises, offices and outdoor areas located 500 m east of downtown Moelv.
CHSnor Holding AS – the parent company behind CHSnor AS and Flexible Building System Norway AS acquires the shares in SIVA Moelv Næringspark AS from SIVA Holding AS.
The largest tenants are Ringsaker Vegg & Tak AS (RVT), Ringsaker municipality, Lakkering og Vedlikeholdsservice and CHSnor AS.
CEO of CHSnor Holding AS, Rune C Vamråk states that long-term solutions for the industry at Anderkværn – and the industrial park will be further developed. SIVA has been a brave owner ever since the start back in 1998, and has facilitated great operations.
The new owners changed the name of the company to Moelv Næringspark AS – and Finn Flugstad from CHSnor Holding AS is hired as general manager of the company.
Moelv Næringspark AS aims to be active and long-term owners with a focus on that tenants should be able to grow and develop their businesses in the best premises.
